What Do I Need To Bring To My First Lesson?

When you first arrive at American Mixed Martial Arts of Moorpark – all you need are some comfy athletic clothes and a water bottle. We’ve got the rest covered.

You might be nervous about your first class. That’s perfectly normal! As soon as you see how kind and welcome the instructors and other students are – that nervousness turns into excitement.

I’m Not Very Athletic, Will I Feel Left Out?
